The villa Chiara is beautiful completely new vacation home of approx. 90 qm. It is glorious positioned and blessed with a dream panoramic view. All this is combined with a fantastical view over the ocean, the tower of the antique Velia as well as the Cilento coast. The location, also during the main season, is outstanding and suitable also for vacationers that value a higher standard of their vacation domicile and guest that appreciate untouched nature. They will feel welcome right from the beginning.
The Villa Chiara also an ideal place to satisfied the need of hikers and mountain bikes, since the surroundings offer the best precondition for those who can assimilate with nature.
Just approx. 2,5 km to the ocean and the 7 km long sandy beach of Marina di Ascea in the gulf of Velia has this Villa a very good infrastructure ( the distance to the ocean is identical to the distance to the closets grocery store). If you decide on the very quiet vacation domicile of the Villa Chiara, which lies amidst nature, you won’t relinquish the pleasure of the typical beach vacation with a long sandy beach, connection to sports possibilities and culture.
The house was just finished in the autumn of 2002. The very friendly and accommodating owner is still busy with forming the garden with lemon trees. Right now (December 2002) he created already a furnished grassy area, a barbeque and a patio. The entire surroundings of 4 ha belong also the owner and this completely untouched nature can be use fully by the guests.
From the inside of the Villa and from the entire estate you will have a fantastic view and none of your desires will be kept unanswered.
The equipment of Villa Chiara is new, comfortable and in high value (wood). Both bedrooms consist out of a double bed and three single beds, bed site table and lamps as well as closets with sufficient space. The approx. 35 qm large living room, also completely furnished, includes a sofa that could be suitable for a sixth person. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, washer and bidet. The fitted kitchen is complete and, like the entire home, new.

The end cleaning amounts 48 Euro. Sheets/towels can be provided against a fee of 10 Euro per person.
Since the central heater is operated with wood, a fee of 15 Euro per week will be charged during the colder season.
