The owner of the apartment is Dottore Rizzo, who is a very friendly and accommodating children’s doctor. The vacation domicile is in the best location and is ideally also for larger families. Comfortable and friendly in a quiet setting (still good infrastructure) between the town borders of Marina di Ascea and Marina di Casal Velino (just 120 meter to the ocean and the 7 km long sandy beach with extremely clean water), lies the vacation home in a private residential area (some private villas) that combines the advantages of a quiet location even during the main season with the closeness to the ocean.
The apartment on the second floor is about 85 qm and includes a patio/ balcony of 10 qm and a 80 qm large garden with gazebo (large sun umbrella), barbeque and exterior shower. It contains 3 extremely equipped bedrooms (2 double, 1 single), each with two double beds and the single sleeping room with one single bed, bed site tables and lamps and closets with sufficient space. The furniture are in mint condition and wooden. In the large, well-equipped living room you will find beside a sofa, a table with six chairs an open fireplace that will bring you enough warmth even during the colder season. Furthermore, this apartment contains a complete fitted kitchen with oven, 4-plate stove, refrigerator with freezer unit and a new bathroom with a shower cabine.
The patio/balcony – complete with garden furniture – invites in the evenings to a cozy stay. The garden guarantees a safe environment for your children. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and ideal for five(6) people. There is a sofa present in the living room that will suit the sixth person.
The estate is enclosed, parking spaces are present on the estate and in front of the house.
It is noteworthy to mention that Dottore Rizzo’s home is in a quiet location and you don’t have to worry about any traffic noise disturbances. It is also very safe for your children to play carefree. You will experience a recuperating vacation within well-maintained and beautiful surroundings.
The garden is lovely created with a grassy area, olive and lemon trees, a barbeque and a gazebo. The distance to the ocean amounts just 120 meter, which is another advantage with this house.
Lounge chairs, sun umbrellas and collapsible chairs are obviously present. Despite of its quiet location is the Villa not isolated. On the contrary, the distance to shopping opportunities and restaurants is just one km. An affordable bike rental place will give you and your children additional mobility.
If you have any special wishes, please don’t hesitate to ask the manager, the 75-year old Donna Maria, who loves to jump into her “green frog” (Fiat 500) and gladly provides you with newspapers or bread rolls.
