The vacation house “Casetta Io Scoglio” is separated from other homes and lies quietly over the bay of Marina di Ascea with its 7 kilometers long sandy beach. From the 50 qm large patio (covered with thin bamboo) you will have a wonderful panoramic view over the ocean.
The house was built in 1996 and it is tastefully furnished for 4 people. It offers a living room/ kitchen combination with one sleeping sofa. Further you will find a large bathroom with shower and a bedroom for 4 people. The living area and the bedroom have a direct entrance onto the patio.
The house is just 600 meters from the ocean (sandy beach), which is easily reachable by foot. A train route leads 300 meters below the house, but it does not create any noise disturbances.
Amidst aged olive groves lies the house quietly on a hill. The back yard is ideally to eat breakfast or for the carefree play of your children or dogs. It is likewise ideal for couples or families with the need of seclusion and tranquility since the house offers privacy as well as a place to relax – and this with a dream panorama. You also will find a great infrastructure with grocery stores and restaurant, which are easily reachable.
You can park your car directly beside the house. The owner works for the police and is very likeable and helpful.
